I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than ten years experience working with Adults, Couples, Families, and Adolescents using Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Person Centered, Narrative, Family Systems, and other therapies. I assist my clients with parenting issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD (in Adolescents and Adults), PTSD and other life stressors.
