Having a hard time figuring out what your next step is? Feeling lost? Alone? Scared? I work with individuals who are trying to sort things out in their lives--to overcome fears or anxieties or to find the source of their pain and heal, work through anger or conflict--wanting to experience peace and enjoy living again--persons wanting to move forward, to learn and grow through living. There are many reasons an individual decides to come into therapy. My focus is on you and the therapy relationship we develop as I walk with you a while on your life journey. I work with individuals primarily, occasionally couples and families depending on the specific needs of an individual. I work with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger, stress, history of abuse including sexual violations, eating disorders, grief, sexual assault. I emphasize and value relationship. I focus on healthy relationship. This includes your relationship with yourself and your body. The therapy relationship becomes an important vehicle to healthier relationships with self and others.
