I specialize in helping people feel calm and relaxed. I believe in teaching people the skills they need so no matter what life throws at them they can feel calm and in control. I am most successful working with people who are motivated to make changes in their life and who want to learn skills to help them feel calm and relaxed. I use talk therapy but also have a wide variety of other techniques that I have been trained in such as CBT, Clinical Hypnosis, EFT to help my clients feel better faster.
