I appreciate the courage it takes to enter into therapy, and so I work to create a safe and trusting environment. I believe it is a privilege to sit with people and work together in exploring ways to make your life richer and more meaningful. This is the foundation from which I practice. My practice is both general and specialized. Areas of particular interest include eating disorders, adoption, family health, gay/lesbian issues and the intersection of artistic expression and mental health. I have practiced both as a nurse and a psychotherapist for over 30 years, and believe that healing is both an art and a science. Our practice, The Brandywine Center, has been providing high quality, individualized services to the community for twenty-five years. We listen. We understand. We challenge. We heal.
