My style of therapy relies on the needs of the client(s) I am working with. When working with individuals, I focus our efforts on ways to separate the individual from the problems that have become intertwined in his or her day to day life. When I work with couples, I utilize a framework that helps us track patterns and discomfort attached to those patterns in order to help the couple realign and sync back up together. Lastly, when working with families or children, I tend to utilize solution-focused and play therapy techniques. My main area of expertise is acute child and adolescent therapy. Being able to provide early interventions and help families overcome hardship is one of my greatest passions. I have experience working with behavioral difficulties, trauma, body image, disordered eating, struggle adjusting to life events, attentional issues, and mood disorders.
