I enjoy providing therapy to adults and adolescents. I use a mix of cognitive behavioral tools, empathy and humor to help people regain control over their lives. We can work on a variety of challenges including, AD/HD, Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorders, OCD, PTSD, life changes and grief issues. Most people are reluctant to start therapy, but later state that they wish they had started sooner.
