I have significant experience treating anxiety, depression, parenting issues and couples issues. I have many years of clinical experience with children, teens and families. I am effective working with both adults and children. Treating adult depression requires a strong working alliance with clients and a sense of hope from the therapist. I combine both a cognitive and psychodynamic model in my work. I will work closely with physicians and specifically with psychiatrists where medical issues exist or there may be benefits from medication.
