My approach to therapy is very practical.What works for one person may not be helpful to someone else. I focus on what people believe about themselves and the world around them. Basically, assisting them in seeing what is real and what isn't. I have a good sense of humor and use it when I feel it is appropriate. I am comfortable working with people with a variety of issues; this includes depression,anxiety,relationship and child,adolescent and family problems. I have worked with children as well as adults my entire career.
