Do you feel stuck, unable to break unhealthy patterns or recover from old wounds? Maybe you've been thrown off kilter and need help getting back on track, or you just want to feel more comfortable in your own skin. Together, we will explore the places you're stuck, come to understand what keeps you there, and figure out how to move forward. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can let down your guard and be seen and heard for who you truly are. My genuine, compassionate nature helps build relationships based on safety, trust, and authentic connection. For those who prefer not to sit, I also offer walking therapy. Walking often promotes deeper insight, clarity of thought, and transformational shifts that may help process and resolve issues. Depending on goals, getting outdoors and literally moving forward can act as a powerful agent for growth, healing, and change. I enjoy working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, relational issues, life transitions and adjustments, and identity concerns. Drawing insight from the latest, most powerful psychotherapy models, as well as my natural empathy, warmth, and directness, I gently guide and challenge people toward healing and wholeness.
