I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, children and families enjoy and find fulfillment in their lives and relationships. The therapy I use is called Emotionally Focused Therapy. (www.ICEEFT.com). This therapy is designed to get at the root of problems by unlocking the emotions that keep us trapped. When we understand how our emotions drive our behaviors, we then experience insight and freedom, which leads us to make transformational changes in our lives. I have worked with numerous couples to bring understanding and a closer connectedness to their relationship. I also work with children, individuals and addictions.
