If you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, sad, or scared, you do not have to go through this alone. In a collaborative approach to therapy, we can work together to identify the areas that you want to change, draw from your strengths, and establish an individualized wellness plan. I believe that change is possible and want to help empower you to change unhealthy patterns and reach your goals, or just to help you get to a place where you feel better and feel like yourself again. Specialize in maternal mental health, but also enjoy working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues. I believe in the inherent good in people. Having a problem does not reflect on a person's character, integrity, or ability to improve their circumstances if desired. I serve on the MDT with Kids FIRST, the Eating Disorders Team and the Child Abuse Team with Sacred Heart Medical Center. Member of National Association of Social Workers, Columbia River Eating Disorder Network, and Co-coordinator of Postpartum Support International for Lane County.
