I am a very curious person and bring this curiosity into my practice. I listen intently to what my clients share with me and don't make judgments about what I hear. I started out working with adolescents in residential treatment and learned a lot there (and developed thick skin!). I have always been passionate about helping people and enjoy helping people make changes in their lives. One treatment I provide is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy because I have seen it transform peoples' lives and have experienced it myself. EMDR therapy helps people process traumatic or upsetting memories, so that they no longer are burdened with the past.
