Are you a veteran returning from war and having a hard time readjusting? Let me help. Sometimes having someone to talk things through with helps. I can help you sort things out and determine your strengths to use to make your life better. With more than 10 years in the mental health field, I have a wealth of knowledge in many areas. I have experience working with those who have addictions and sexual abuse. I have also been trained to work with veterans and active duty military as well as couples and families. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator. I have also completed Level 1 Gottman Method training. I have received training from the Center for Deployment Psychology to work with active duty military and veterans. I have been trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy which is a proven treatment for Trauma.
