I am Hispanic bilingual and bi-cultural counselor helping adults to find solutions for difficulties they might be experiencing: Depression, relationship issues, self esteem, anger management, anxiety, alcohol and/or addictions. I work with family, couples or individuals. I am a goal oriented, family therapy based, client-centered counselor. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years with clients of diverse backgrounds and languages. I do my best to guide you to a manageable way to live your life.
