With 30 years of experience, I work with a broad spectrum of clients. I am unique in that I offer medication management and psychotherapy. I am a conservative prescriber and believe in using the smallest possible dosages of medication to treat a client's symptoms. I believe that each individual is capable of managing the challenges we experience in life. I work with you to develop the skills to manage your life challenges. Areas of expertise include cognitive therapy, systems therapy, and mind-body therapies(including relaxation/meditation, biofeedback, guided imagery. I am a certified Life Coach. I work with stress physical conditions (headache, digestive problems, hypertension, insomnia anxiety, low energy, depression and memory concentration issues. My speciality area is anxiety disorders including OCD, Social Anxiety, Hair-Pulling, Phobias, and Panic Attacks. Also, I treat Grief Issues, Aging Issues, Mood Disorders, Trauma and other Life-Challenging Issues.
