Group

My passion and my specialty has been working with complex trauma, especially people with a history of childhood sexual and physical abuse and neglect. My training is in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and have joined with colleagues to offer the full program of skills group and individual treatment for motivated clients. Also, I work with people with anxiety and depression and use meditation as an addition to my basic Cognitive Behavioral approach.
