Welcome. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, serving individuals, couples, families and adolescents. My therapeutic approach is pragmatic and solution-focused. I try to create a supportive, goal-oriented environment where we can work together to develop coping skills for the anxiety, depression, anger--any of the corrosive emotions, that can arise from relational and emotional conflicts. We'll focus on solutions, setting up goals that will break the persistent and cyclic patterns of emotional problems within families, in relationships, and, in one's self. These goals will help define where you are and, most critically, where you want to be. Call 662-1529 to set up an exploratory/intake appointment.
