I have provided assessment and counseling services to individuals, couples and families since 1982. Specialty areas include anxiety, depression, bereavement, women's issues, trauma recovery, treatment for alcoholism and families affected by addiction. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral treatment, solution focused therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnosis and Hellinger constellation work. Through the process of self exploration, goals are created and set for change. Often we need to develop new ways of looking at our past, our lives and ourselves in order to have peace of mind.
