My goal is to provide a relaxed environment where you can come to be heard, understood and helped. I am a Biblically Based Counselor, which means that I counsel from a Biblical perspective. I can help you learn and apply solutions the Bible provides for the challenges you have. I incorporate traditional therapy techniques as well, based on the needs of each individual, couple and family. Challenges I can help with include depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, rape, domestic violence, self-injury, stress, relationship issues, confusion related to sexual orientation, couples recovering from unfaithfulness, blended families, children going through a divorce, grief & loss specifically as it relates to terminal illnesses, and court ordered anger management.
