If you're feeling angry or upset or worried a lot of the time, isn't it time for a change? Therapy is a way to help figure out some things about yourself and your life in a safe and supportive environment. I really enjoy collaborating with clients to help them get to where they want to be in life. I work with adults and adolescents. I have training in cognitive-behavioral and mind/body therapies and most often work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and life-change issues.
