I focus on helping my clients understand themselves, their life challenges, and life itself. This happens as we work closely together exploring your internal and external environments, seeing what might be done to maximize your healing and facilitate your development. These two interwoven processes, healing and development, are at the core of my work as a constructive developmentalist. Healing has more to do with looking at events that trigger pain, investigating 'the meaning' of such events, and, then, coming to some peaceful resolution of the experience. Development has more to do with opening to new ways of seeing and being. Both of these processes take place naturally and simultaneously. I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families in this manner for the past thirty years.
