I diagnose and treat children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I provide therapy services for a variety of needs and concerns including: anxiety and depressive disorders, adjustment disorders, attention-related disorders, like ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, social/communication disorders, relationship issues, family difficulties, those searching for ways to improve their marriage/relationships and problems stemming from trauma. I specialize in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent/Child Interaction Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and have extensive training in a specialized form of therapy for children who have experienced trauma, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I focus on the patients needs. I work with each patient in creating a plan that focuses on their personal and/or family goals. I love to help patients identify their personal strength and create ways to find more happiness in their lives and work to reach personal goals.
