Healing from addiction. I assist teenagers and adults with substance misuse and addiction issues find a way to recover and lead healthy lives. I offer a gentle, compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.Most, if not all, people challenged by addiction are overwhelmed with deep feelings of shame, remorse, and failure. Many people have tried numerous ways to quit their damaging behaviors and are at a loss of where to go for help. I offer that help through a kind and insightful approach to therapy. I've assisted people for 23 years. I also help adult men and women challenged by sexual addiction and sexually compulsive behaviors. These behaviors can feel so consuming it can be difficult to find a way to heal and move forward. I will help you find ways to heal and move forward. I offer a unique perspective regarding the events in your past that have led to feelings of despair, pain, shame, fear, regret, loneliness, sadness, nervousness, and lack of healthy identity.
