For over 17 years I have journeyed with individuals and their families facing life transitions, relational challenges, medical diagnosis, chronic illness, terminal illness, and grief. Through the "Living Beyond" therapy practice I specialize in supporting, educating, and caring for individuals, couples, and families as they attempt to transition through significant life transitions and redefine a 'new normal' when the 'normal' life they knew may not be possible anymore. My hope is to journey well with clients in a way that helps them find their voice, a sense of their own power, an expanded meaning and spirituality, and relational/emotional/spiritual healing that can lead toward a greater wholeness than they may have ever known.
