I can help you by providing a safe place to take that difficult look at old patterns that no longer work. Becoming mindful of your thoughts, feelings, and judgments can free you to creatively re-imagine yourself and your situation and find new solutions. My thoughtful and intuitive approach can guide you on this journey. I have been especially successful with clients struggling with codependent issues, anxiety, divorce or other transitions, and anger. All are welcome. Codependence or a codependent relationship is a common concern. Sometimes this means that your partner has a substance abuse problem or that you are enabling your partner in some other way. My focus on relationships and inner expectations that may not be healthy is helpful with codependency of any kind. My practice is located in a small intimate office setting in a medical office building. Clients wait for their individually scheduled appointments in a quiet room and not in a high-traffic area with a receptionist. I schedule all appointments personally by telephone. My assistant manages insurance billing.
