Individuals

I love helping people discover ways to improve their lives. Everyone has the potential to feel better about who they are and what they are having difficulty with. I use several different approaches to help people set goals for themselves and accomplish those goals. My hope is for everyone I see to walk away learning something about how to make their lives better. I mainly utilize a cognitive behavioral approach as well as acceptance and committment therapy to help people with a wide variety of problems. I use a personable, non-judgemental approach.
