I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families in their relationships and in their personal and professional lives. If you are experiencing loss, relationship problems, or other emotional difficulties, you can experience peace and joy in your life again. Through techniques like EMDR, guided imagery, and core emotions, I counsel people through difficult times. Counseling goals are met when you experience significant positive differences in your life. I work with individuals, couples, and families using a collaborative, strengths-based approach. Some of the specialized approaches I use include EMDR for past or current trauma/emotional pain. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples and collaborative approaches with families to decrease conflict and improve relationships.
