Life can often feel overwhelming. At times that feeling seems to be more than we can handle on our own. These times can be really difficult to navigate alone. When relationships that we count on fall apart, emotions get out of control, and our strategies for just feeling okay seem to do us more harm than good, reaching out to someone like me can be a powerful first step in getting things back under control. I tend to view the world relationally. I think the quality of our relationships goes a long way in impacting the overall quality of our lives. So I'm particularly well suited for helping clients with relational issues, or with personal issues that stem from or affect their relationships. I think you'll find that I'm pretty easy to connect with, that I'll take the time to really listen, and that I'll do my best to "get you." I'm not going to judge you or reject you. I'm here to help.
