I have been a counselor since 1996. I enjoy working with a variety of clients and almost any situation or difficulty people bring to therapy. I work collaboratively with you to create therapy goals that fit with your hopes, dreams, values, personal goals and commitments. I regularly seek your feedback on how the therapy is working for you, and take your suggestions to heart. I value the counseling relationship as a vehicle for change in both individual and couple therapy. In working with couples, I assist people to listen to connect, to work together to deal with problems and toward a vision that both partners create. I honor and appreciate the knowledge and experience each person brings to therapy. I am curious, ask questions, and listen. My office is located in a culturally diverse neighborhood and I welcome people from all walks of life.
