I am honored to help individuals or couples learn how to move through their lives with awareness, compassion, and safety. I strive to provide a nurturing, non-judgmental, and encouraging space for growth and discovery. I work with adults, couples, and families addressing life issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, life changes, relationship difficulties, self-care, trauma, clearing stuck emotions, and addiction. Based on each client's needs, I may incorporate movement-based treatments into the therapeutic process, such as Yoga and Qigong. No matter where we are in life, I think it is important for all human beings to know their potential and the possibilities the journey of life has to offer.
