My approach and philosophy to counseling centers upon relationship and creating an environment where trust, hope, and healing can occur. I work with entire families, couples, and individuals. I particularly enjoy working with middle and high school students and college students. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy and will work with clients to find the right fit for them. I work closely with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief and shame issues, relational healing, cutting and suicidal ideation. I use my marriage and family training to work with couples on co-parenting and I also offer pre-marital counseling. I work with families going through tough transitions. For clients interested in Christian counseling, I enjoy implementing a biblical framework and using one's spirituality to bring about change.
