I have clinical experience working with a wide range of disorders and presenting problems as well as with clients seeking assistance managing major life stressors, challenges and transitions. I offer a collaborative approach to therapy and provide an environment of acceptance, warmth and respect that allows my clients to gain insight, self-efficacy, and empowerment while working toward an ultimate goal of well-being, growth and healing. I work with children, teens, adults, families, and couples. I particularly enjoy conducting assessments because it allows me to assist clients with understanding and overcoming weaknesses, enhancing strengths, gaining insight into psychological underpinnings and fostering empowerment through awareness and growth. I conduct assessments out of my Burke office and psychotherapy out of my McLean office. I accept insurance for assessments but do not work with insurance companies for therapy services. I can provide an out-of-network insurance form which assists with partial reimbursement. Intake sessions are $150 and each therapy session thereafter is $120.
