I provide a therapeutic space, which allows people to heal their past, shape their future, and live more fully in the present. I utilize a variety of approaches to help individuals achieve self-actualization. These include traditional psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR. These methodologies are used to dissolve the obstacles that keep us from getting what we want. They may be in the form of depression, anxiety, communication difficulties, problems negotiating successful life transitions, and trauma, which often leads to substance abuse/dependency; these obstacles keep us from achieving a more fulfilling life. As problems are resolved, the necessary resources we need to move forward are discovered and developed. In my private practice I have been helping people resolve problems and develop their resources for over twenty four years.
