Mutli-Disciplinary Therapy Practice Otter Creek Associates is a regional interdisciplinary practice with offices in Burlington, Middlebury, Essex Junction, Stowe, Norwich, Manchester, Bellows Falls and Brattleboro, Vermont. Our affiliated clinicians provide a full range of clinical assessment and treatment services for children, adults and families. We also provide consultation and interim coverage for area schools, outpatient programs, residential treatment facilities, hospitals and community-based agencies.
