I believe we all have the ability to grow and change. This process can create a great deal of turmoil in our relationships, our perception of self and affect how we feel. It's ok to reach out for help. Part of my understanding about life is, we are all in this together. You don't have to suffer through the difficult times alone. A relationship with a therapist is unlike any other, focused on you, on your well being. Everybody needs some help sometime. You can start the process of healing today. There are no perfect families and often individuals require time to focus on and process past wounds or traumas in order to heal and move forward. I enjoy helping people to better understand their past and present in order to have a more fulfilling future. I enjoy working with adults and children, couples and groups. I find my work most effective when it includes the clients thoughts, emotions and history. This is not to ignore the spiritual side of a person. Whatever this means to them, because discovering self is part of the human journey.
