Addressing difficult issues and facing challenges and changes in one's life can be a very difficult process. I believe in taking a positive approach to this work and focusing on the strengths inherent in individuals, their families and other connections that serve in making this path easier. My practice is geared toward meeting the needs of individuals ages 13 and older as well as providing marriage and family counseling support. I have 25 years experience in the social work field treating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders and adjustment issues.
