I will work with you to use your strengths and skills to find realistic ways for you to reach your goals. I utilize evidence based practices to provide the most effective treatment. Some clients notice change in as few as six sessions or less. I specialize in providing mandated substance abuse assessments. I offer couples counseling, premarital counseling, and family counseling. I also provide therapy for children and teens. Some of my areas of experience include providing counseling for substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, parenting concerns, relationship concerns, and relationship enhancement.
