My work centers on restoring hope for my client and providing the best care available for maximum healing and growth. I take in to special consideration each client's unique personality and situation, as we work together to reach the client's goal. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania, and I participate in ongoing training to further equip me as I help clients cope with relational difficulties as well as individual issues, such as anxiety, depression, addictive behavior, and a variety of relational issues. If desired, I will also work with my clients to improve their relationship with God from a Christian perspective. One of the tools I use, among others, is the 12 Steps from Alcoholics Anonymous for spiritual growth and formation. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am available to do seminars and psycho-educational presentations for church or civic groups.
