I will help you to redesign coping skills, empower you to find your voice, and support you as you work to reach goals to improve your life. I specialize in working with women, especially those experiencing challenges trying to meet expectations of who they should be rather than recognizing the amazing gifts they already offer. This includes teens and young women venturing into independence through to adult women experiencing struggles with parenting and life transitions. Meeting with clients in their own homes allows me to adjust for my clients childcare or schedule challenges and offers a comfortable space clients are used to creating an optimal environment to put skills immediately into practice.
