I have been working as a therapist for 15 years and believe the better we know ourselves the better decisions we are able to make. Informed decisions are directly related to overall life satisfaction. Psychotherapy is a tool that provides us with insight, support and a non-judgmental environment which allows you to become conscious of who you are, why you are struggling and how to heal. Therapy is a collaborative process and a relationship where trust is critical. Finding the "right therapist" is also a must. I provide free consultations to ensure a good fit for every client. After working at Tulane University for over 10 years, I specialize in young adults, adults and older adults. Anxiety, substance abuse, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and overall desire for personal growth are my areas of specialty. Although I do not accept most insurance, I am happy to provide the paperwork necessary for you to submit for reimbursement.
