Everyone experiences frustrations, struggles, disappointments, losses, and crises in their lives. I believe that restoration can be experienced through loss and brokenness, and that transformation can occur from restoration and healing. Many times anxiety, depression, and other issues occur during life's transitions that keep people from coping and functioning. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families that are experiencing difficulties with life's transitions and all the personal and relational issues that can occur.
