I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in my years as a mental health therapist. I have knowledge and experience in dealing with childhood disorders, development, and trauma. I have treated mood disorders,anxiety disorders, drug and alcohol, and those struggling with life transitions. I am experienced in individual therapy, relationship, and family counseling.I have a great deal of understanding of the biological and sociocultural dimensions influencing mental health and knowledge of developmental and life stages and psychiatric problems relative to childhood, middle childhood, adolescent, and adult populations. I am nurturing, I have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all populations.
