As a licensed therapist my goal is to help you overcome your challenges and the many hurdles that can pull you down in life. I provide a supportive and comforting environment in which to help you sort through the stressors in your life, help you understand why you feel the way you do, find healthy ways of coping with your situation, and assist in helping you make things better for yourself. I utilize various effective approaches like humanistic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to help you deal with your feelings of anxiety and depression. Currently I treat individuals who suffer from mood disorders, personality disorders, child and adolescent disorders. I treat hoarding disorder as well. I can accommodate individuals who are uncomfortable in an office setting. Please request a home visit with me if this is your preference. However, based on assessment, this accommodation may be provided on a temporary basis.
