With 13 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents, single adults, and families live mentally healthier lives. I offer services in English and Spanish. I provide services for a wide range of problems from stress, parenting issues, to more serious concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety to name a few. I am trained in PCIT (Parent-Child Interactive Therapy) which successfully treats behavioral problems in children ages 2-7 years. I am also certified in TF-CBT (Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) which effectively treats any type of trauma in children and adolescents ages 6-19 years. In addition, I have being trained to treat adult Trauma. I use an eclectic approach to treat a variety of mental health issues.
