Welcome to my website! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor and a Life and Career Coach and an EMDR clinician. I specialize in Christian Counseling for those clients who request it. I work with individuals in dealing with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief , boundaries, and other life adjustment issues. I am also trained in Couple's and Marriage Therapy to help you have a healthy relationship. I can also work with you to choose a healthy relationship if you are single. I work with families, blended families, and extended families. I believe that some of the goals of counseling and coaching are to help clients achieve growth and healing. I work with individuals, couples, and families. Some of the issues I specialize in are relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, boundaries, marriage, divorce issues, family issues, and Christian Counseling. I have been in practice for 17 years and taught at the University of Phoenix for six years. I am very current in up to date therapies and tools. My goal is to help my clients heal and grow into the people they want to be.
