I have learned from personal experience that the smallest changes in our thinking can improve the quality of our daily life. I hope that all of my clients can find happiness through improved self-esteem, relationships, positive thinking, and healthy support systems. This support begins with the trust and positive regard that clients develop with their therapist. I am inspired by human interactions, and the improvements clients experience in their lives. I hope that having a practice, nestled in the heart of historic downtown Lewes, Delaware will allow me to share the peace I have found through living here.
