I am excited about helping people struggling with adjustment, anger, anxiety, depression, DV, grief, PTSD or relationship issues. My focus is on holistic healing which includes emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual. It is such a blessing to witness when there is freedom from the oppression of hurts.
