**EVENING & WEEKEND SESSION TIMES AVAILABLE** My approach to psychotherapy can be described simply as 'All of you is welcome here'. The healing that comes from accepting all of those parts we criticize is, paradoxically, how deep and lasting change happens. This is something that is rarely given to us in relationship, the gift of freedom to fully be yourself, and the satisfaction that comes from that. It seems we are often asked to play roles and compromise ourselves, and our authenticity and 'spark' can get compromised right along with that. My areas of specialty are working with those who are single and struggling, going through a break up/divorce crisis, needing support in getting out of an abusive relationship, and working with anger issues and harsh inner critic issues. Together we can transform this pain and stuckness into newfound freedom. I have a heartfelt interest, and over 12 years of experience, in helping people like you reconnect with what may have gotten turned down or lost inside of you, that unmistakable 'spark of feeling connected and full'.
