I am a holistically minded clinical psychologist who has worked in a variety of settings helping people to heal from mood and anxiety disorders, struggling relationships, substance abuse, eating disorders, grief and loss, ineffectual life choices, and trauma of various origins. With deep appreciation for the importance of relationships, I work with couples to improve communication, reduce stress and resentment, and recover joy. My approach is collaborative, as I believe that all individuals hold the seeds to their own healing and growth. I incorporate aspects of Mindfulness, biocognitive-behavioral approaches, Systems Theory, and Energy Psychology, guiding others to increasing personal awareness.
