Francesca Lampugnani

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with 19 years of clinical experience in Central Florida. I work at the Corrine Drive Counseling Center which is located near the Baldwin Park community, easily accessible from both Winter Park and downtown Orlando. I enjoy working with children, adults, couples and families. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples which is a very powerful therapeutic approach aimed at creating and strengthening a secure emotional bond between partners, I had 3 years of training in Gestalt therapy and I am also skilled in using solution focused and cognitive behavioral techniques. My style of therapy tends to be very experiential and centered on the client's needs. I incorporate mindfullness meditation, relaxation, and guided imagery as powerful tools for increasing self-awareness and reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress. I believe in empowering people to access their inner healing resources and giving them opportunities to practice new skills and behaviors to produce lasting positive changes.
